Baccarat Chemin de Fer Standards

Baccarat chemin de fer is gambled on with 8 decks of cards in a dealer’s shoe. Cards under 10 are worth their printed number and with Ten, Jack, Queen, King are zero, and A is 1. Bets are placed on the ‘banker’, the ‘player’, or for a tie (these are not actual people; they just represent the two hands to be dealt).

Two cards are given to both the ‘house’ and ‘player’. The total for each hand is the total of the cards, but the beginning digit is dropped. For instance, a hand of 5 and six has a score of 1 (five plus six equals eleven; ditch the 1st ‘one’).

A 3rd card may be given using the rules below:

- If the gambler or house gets a value of eight or nine, both players hold.

- If the gambler has less than five, she hits. Players otherwise stay.

- If the player holds, the house takes a card on a value less than 5. If the player hits, a table is used to determine if the bank stands or hits.

Punto Banco Odds

The better of the two hands wins. Winning bets on the house payout 19:20 (equal cash minus a 5% rake. Commission are tracked and cleared out when you quit the game so make sure you still have funds around before you head out). Winning bets on the gambler pays out at 1:1. Winning wagers for a tie usually pays eight to one but occasionally nine to one. (This is a bad wager as a tie occurs lower than 1 in every ten rounds. Avoid putting money on a tie. However odds are substantially greater for nine to one vs. 8 to 1)

Bet on properly baccarat banque offers generally good odds, aside from the tie wager of course.

Baccarat Chemin de Fer Method

As with all games baccarat banque has quite a few established myths. One of which is close to a false impression in roulette. The past is not a fore-teller of events about to happen. Tracking previous results on a sheet of paper is a waste of paper and an insult to the tree that was cut down for our stationary needs.

The most common and definitely the most successful method is the one, three, two, six tactic. This technique is used to maximize earnings and minimizing risk.

Start by placing 1 chip. If you succeed, add one more to the two on the table for a grand total of 3 chips on the second bet. If you win you will have six on the table, subtract 4 so you are left with 2 on the 3rd bet. Should you come away with a win on the 3rd round, put down 2 to the 4 on the table for a sum total of 6 on the fourth bet.

Should you don’t win on the initial bet, you take a hit of one. A profit on the first wager followed by a loss on the second creates a hit of 2. Success on the initial 2 with a defeat on the third gives you with a profit of two. And wins on the first three with a loss on the 4th means you are even. Winning at all four rounds gives you with twelve, a gain of 10. This means you are able to give up the 2nd bet 5 instances for each successful streak of 4 wagers and in the end, balance the books.
